有customer service和order management / project management 经验有先考虑
·Define SOP /Executive Summary for internal operation, as well as external parties (vendors, service providers, etc.)
·Monitor operation performance and KPIs, seek chance of improvement
·Champion changes, initiate improvement on process streamlining.
·Manage medium to large sized projects, including new customer onboarding, business analysing, Business process automation.
·Share best practice, to continuously improve operations team’s productivity and quality service.
·Act as Tier 3 operation support on daily ad-hoc escalations.
·Response customers enquires and organize regular operation performance review with customers.
If you ……
Strong problem solving skills, with customer-orientated mindset.
Proactive, good communication skills, can work under pressure
Hold a degree in International Trade, Logistics/IT/Finance
Have merchandising/forwarder job histories/experience, strong PPT, Macro skill, Tableau/Power Bi or project management experience will be a plus
